Working Principle
1.Oil flow into the primary filter via oil inlet pump and big size particles will be removed from oil.
2.After primary filtration, oil flow into heater and being heated.
3.The heated oil flow into centrifugal separation system and completely remove large amount of impurities from oil.
4.The oil flow into vacuum separation system via the power of vacuum dehydration and trace water will be removed.
5.Then the oil flow into fine filter and the tiny impurities will be removed.
Thus the a centrifugal vacuum oil filtration process is finished

Maintenance
(1) After a certain period of running, the machine should be checked to see whether:
(2) The electrical control system is safe and reliable;
(3) The temperature controller is sensitive, reliable and accurate;
(4) Oil seals of the pump shaft are broken with leakage;
(5) There is any blockage with the running system and any abnormal noise with pumps or related motors;
(6) There is any air or oil leakage with the oil running system and at sealing joints.
(7) After each 3000 hours’ running, grease shall be replenished to prevent motors from being burnt.
(8) Special vacuum pump oil or lubricating oil N46 should be used fro the vacuum pump and oil replaced or replenished if necessary at any time.
(9) If the machine will not be used over 1 month, Place the machine in a dry environment
with the panel door and all valves closed, and the machine proper protected by a
covering.

Features

1 Integrate centrifugal dehydration method with vacuum dehydration technology into
