Fal-CH5000 is based on a blend of tannins, Polymers and alkali for preventing corrosion, scale and Organic materials found in hot water and chilled water systems.
Treatment And Dosage Requirement:
For steam boiler treatment Fal-CH5000 is to be dosed so as to maintain the tannin index (DM value) of 12 to 16. And the pH of the boiler within the limited values. For Closed hot water and chilled water systems Fal-CH5000 Must be dosed to maintain Tannin value within the required limits For Ferrous / Cupreous systems, pH must be above 9, While for Systems containing Aluminium it must be within 8.0 to 8.5.
Dosage:
For Hot water boiler and Chillers. The Initial dose is 3 litres/M³. While for steam boiler will be determined by Falcon engineer.
