The JYSN series double suction horizontal split case pump has a small size, a lovely appearance, stable operation, and minimal noise; both the suction and discharge ports are located beneath the belt line. As long as the horizontal split case pump cover is open, we can remove all of the pump's parts for maintenance without having to disassemble the motor, inlet and outlet pipes, or both.
The JYSN split case pump shaft seal has a soft packing seal and a high-quality mechanical seal that can be used in a variety of situations; the impeller is fixed to the pump shaft with a round nut that allows for adjustment of the axial position and is subject to both dynamic and static balance verification.
The JYSN split case pump rotates clockwise from the direction of the transmission (or counterclockwise, depending on the user's needs) and is directly powered by the motor via the elastic coupling. If required, an internal combustion engine can also be used.
