Polyferric sulphate (PFS) is a light yellow or brown amorphous powder.PFS is a high-efficiency inorganic coagulating agent, chemically inactive, and soluble in water. In water treatment, it hydrolyzes many electropositive multinucleated ions, which neutralize the negative charge of colloidal particles in water and adsorb colloidal particles through adhesion, bridges, and cross-linking, making particles flocculated and sedimented.
