Principle of Structure of Diaphragm Pressure Gauge
The diaphragm pressure gauge is a sealed system made up of a pressure gauge that is filled with sealing fluid and a diaphragm. It is the diaphragm that distorts under pressure. The pressure gauge head displays the pressure value, and the sealing fluid transfers the force to the elastic component in the pressure instrument head. The liquid that fills the space between the diaphragm's interior and the Bourdon tube completes the force transfer of the diaphragm pressure gauge. The diaphragm separates the corrosive fluid from the pressure gauge, shielding it from corrosion. The elastic component is still the Bourdon tube.
