Characteristics of UV Light Sterilizer
1. Shell material: SS 304, the raw material from China's leading stainless steel pipe plant, increases filter thickness and ensures 100% quality
2. Structure: One-piece base with sewage outlet; 304 stainless steel electric control box with timer, operating status indication, power switch, and indicator; sight glass display on each tube.
3 Processing technology: fully automatic welding; water inlet and outlet are welded after being drawn flat via die drawing; there are no dead corners, and the welded joints satisfy the medical clean pipeline standard. The inner and outer surfaces of the stainless steel are precisely polished, free of markings, and up to 600 mesh smoothness.
4 Pressurized equipment: 0.8 MPa
5 Design dose: around 30–40 mj/cm^2.
6. Product arrangement:The light source is a single-ended, four-pin, low-pressure, high-efficiency mercury lamp from the American ClearUV brand for water treatment. Its lifespan is between 9000 and 13000 hours. Less lamps with the same power, simpler installation and upkeep, and greater space for water sterilization. With an aluminum construction, the electronic ballast features a broad voltage design, a dedicated single-ended, four-pin lamp rapid interface, preheating start, anomalous protection, anti-electromagnetic interference, fault alert display function, and set hole position. The single-ended open structure, excellent airtightness, and foreign high-purity quartz raw materials are all used in the quartz sleeve. To replace the O-ring and stop water leaks caused by incorrect installation, the sealing ring uses food-grade translucent silica gel and a trapezoidal structure constructed of a unique mold.
